Le Ragueneau is above all a good value restaurant in Paris where you can make the most of a breakfast set-price menu at 6,10€. This includes a hot beverage, a pastry and a fruit juice.

You can also try the 1 Coffee + 1 Croissant for 1,50€ offer (at the bar or to take away)!

For lunch, you can choose between three fixed-price menus: a chic Snack: tart, quiche or salad plus desert and coffee for around 10 Euros. Our restaurant also has a Paris tea room for you to enjoy in the afternoons. Take advantage of our lovely setting to take a gourmet break.

If you have a bigger appetite, the customised fixed-price menu gives you the choice of a starter or main course plus desert, and for special occasions we offer a fixed-price lunch menu that includes a starter, main course and desert for 26€.

A cultural experience.

Le Ragueneau is a restaurant steeped in history, and whilst its fame in Paris and elsewhere is mainly due to the exceptional quality of its cuisine, it offers much more: Molière presented his first play, “The Imaginary Cuckold”, on the stage of le Ragueneau. Actors and writers also knew they could come and eat here very cheaply, as Cyprien Ragueneau, the illustrious rôtisseur and one-time owner would often treat the palates of the capital’s poets in exchange for a few verses.

The good value restaurant le Ragueneau also gives you the chance of enhancing its hearty and tasty dining experience with concerts every Friday night, as groups of musicians perform in our upstairs room, transformed for the occasion into a Jazz club, to the delight of music lovers.

In the heart of Paris’s first arrondissement, le Ragueneau is easy to reach by both metro and bus. The nearby Palais Royal Musée du Louvre station is serviced by both the metro lines 1 and 7 as well as the no. 72 and 69 buses. The no. 48, 39, 95 and 27 buses also stop very close to the rue Saint-Honoré.
